Yvette leads communications for Digital Radio UK, the organisation responsible for progressing digital radio listening in the UK and securing UK radio’s digital future. Yvette has extensive communications experience in the media sector, having worked across film, TV and international production businesses, including NBC Universal, Sony Pictures Entertainment and ITV, as well as radio.
Yvette was responsible for leading PR and communications for the international format, Who Wants To Be a Millionaire? and corporate communications for NBC Universal’s TV business in the UK. In 2010, Yvette led the PR campaign which supported the passage of the radio clauses in the Digital Economy Act and was subsequently appointed as Head of Press for RadioCentre.
Yvette joined Digital Radio UK in July 2015. Reporting to the CEO, she is responsible for developing the communications strategy to support all areas of the organisation’s activities, including delivering the quarterly industry-wide digital radio on air campaigns.
